What you can contact us about
- Corrections: a factual error in a guide or a broken reading. Please include the page address and what looks wrong.
- Community posts: a request to remove a post you wrote, or a report about a post that breaks the community rules.
- Ranking entries: a request to remove a nickname you saved to the ranking board.
- Privacy: questions about the data described in the privacy page.
Before you write
Please do not send birth details, passwords, identification numbers, or payment information by email. We do not need them to answer your message. Orbit Oracle does not offer paid readings or personal consultations, so we cannot answer requests for individual fortune readings.
We read every message and reply after checking the request. Removal requests for community posts and ranking entries are handled once the entry can be identified.
